Every product comes with a certificate of analysis for its batch. Download it from the product page before paying.
What is a certificate of analysis
A certificate of analysis (COA) is a document from the manufacturer's laboratory about a specific batch: composition, purity, test method, date and batch number.
How to check
- Open the product page and download the certificate in the "Certificates" section.
- Compare the batch number in the certificate with the number on the vial label.
- If they do not match, do not open the package and contact us — we will replace it.
Storage and delivery
Products are stored at +2…+8 °C and shipped in thermal packaging with an ice pack. Home storage conditions are listed on each product page.
