Do I need to register to order?
No. You can order without registering; the confirmation is sent to your email. Your account opens with a code from an email and shows all your orders.
How do I check that a product is genuine?
Compare the batch number on the vial with the certificate of analysis on the product page.
How are products shipped in hot weather?
In thermal packaging with an ice pack. Transit time depends on the carrier and is shown at checkout.
Can you recommend a dosage?
No. Only a doctor decides on a regimen. Book a doctor consultation.
A product is out of stock. What can I do?
Click "Notify me" on the product page — we will email you as soon as it is back.
Can I buy wholesale?
Yes, via the dealer section: once your application is approved, wholesale prices are shown after you sign in.
